European Humanist Youth Days
October 2021

After 5 years, the European Humanist Youth Days are back! Due to the global COVID 19-pandemic, this will be an extra special month-long online edition.

In the month of October 2021, young humanists (18-30 years) from all over Europe and the globe are invited to participate in interactive workshops, thought-provoking debates, inspiring lectures and fun networking events.

Registrations will start from 1 September. In the coming months, we will shine a spotlight on the various parts of the program. To stay informed, you can subscribe to our newsletter and follow us on Facebook and Instagram.

All activities will be in English.

The European Humanist Youth Days are being organized deMens.nu, with the support of Young Humanists International.

Registrations open - 1 September

Kick-Off - 2 October

Activities

  • Virtual ateliers: Are you interested in EU Policy? In small groups of 8 we will gather every Monday night of October to discuss a specific theme that’s crucial for the future of Europe. The goal is to present our findings to EU policy makers and the world during the closing event on 30 October.
  • Workshops: A wide array of interactive workshops focusing on themes such as diversity, solidarity and inclusion.
  • Closing event: The highlight of the month. Live from the prestigious Bozar concert hall in Brussels (Belgium) on 30 October, we present a program with a high level international keynote speaker, a performance by a talented young European artist and of course a wrap-up of everything that has happened during the EHYD.
